Graduate Audition Questionnaire

A University Application and fee, gradstudy.rutgers.edu, must be submitted no later than November 1, 2008 for Spring 2009 admission and February 1, 2009 for Fall 2009 admission.

Applications must be completed prior to the audition.

An additional $75.00 non-refundable audition fee is required along with this Audition Questionnaire Form. If you are submitting the form online, kindly send a check or money order payable to Rutgers University to the address below.

MM and DMA applicants in MUSIC EDUCATION must submit a writing sample. Send this to the Music Department, NOT the University Admissions Office. No audition is required.
