Audition Requirements

Voice

A total of four selections:

  • Three art songs, including at least one in English and at least one in a foreign language
  • One aria from opera (if vocally appropriate), operetta, or oratorio
Be prepared to be tested in pitch matching.

Popular songs or show tunes are not considered appropriate audition repertoire. All music must be memorized. Please bring a list of repertoire to be performed and copies of your music for the accompanist. An accompanist will be provided.
