Tuesday, December 16 -Friday, January 23 Extended hours on Wednesday until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, noon to 4:00 p.m. Brodsky Center Annual Exhibition Fridays, January 30 and February 6, 8:00 p.m. Sundays, February 1 and 8 Opera at Rutgers Puccini: Suor Angelica Donizetti: Il Campanello Featuring a double bill of Italian opera with English supertitles, these one-act operas by Puccini and Donizetti provide a contrast between the tragic and the comedic. Suor Angelica is the story of Sister Angelica who became a nun after her wealthy family sent her away as a punishment while Il Campanello is the tale of a young couple on their wedding night whose pleasures are absurdly interrupted by her former lover. Supertitles are visible from the mezzanine only.
