Raegan Wood Sanders

Raegan Wood Sanders hails from Berkeley, California, where she trained in modern dance with her parents, David and Marni Wood, at the University of California at Berkeley. She studied ballet at the San Francisco Ballet School before moving to New York in the summer of 1982.

She was a member of the Paul Taylor Dance Company in New York from 1982 to 1989. She has also performed with David Parsons, Christopher Gillis, and her sister Ellis Wood and Wood Dance, among others.

She has taught at the Paul Taylor School and at numerous colleges nationwide, including Barnard College, Juilliard School, and Rutgers University.

As a freelance choreographer and performer, her work has been seen at numerous venues throughout New Jersey and in New York City.
